What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide friendly, accurate support
- Handle customer requests, account changes, service updates, and scheduling needs
- Respond to new sales inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
- Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (training provided)
- Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding tasks
- Coordinate internally with sales, service, and dispatch to keep operations in sync
- Maintain documentation, customer records, and service details with precision
